she doesnt explain how she was raped, she just says points that are common misconceptions about rape, its possible she was under duress, she just doesn't mention it.
obviously we need more information to judge her specific case, but all of her points are valid

Most likely her boyfriend just started sexing her up while she wasn't in the mood and then they had sex anyway and then afterwards she thought she felt raped. I see how she could think that she felt raped but it's nothing compared to how a real rape victim feels.
We should just make a new word for this kind of rape, but not actually call it rape because it's something completely different.

you're just guessing, we have no idea what happened
and we don't need a new word, because there would be no use for it, why would you need a word just to explain having sex while not in the mood, its not like someone is going to go to jail for doing that

Her saying that she was specifically not physically forced and not making a point that she was not under duress invalidates everything (all 2 of her points).
Can you be raped in a relationship? Of course.

theres a few examples of rape without physical force, like being threated or otherwise unable to respond and say no. she doesnt imply or state that she was not under duress anywhere, youre just assuming it, because she wasn't physically forced, we have to assume otherwise, and without more information were still just assuming, either of us could be right, but as a general point its still valid even if it wouldn't apply to her case
and youre right she does only have 2 points lol

Well it's either that, or her boyfriend made up an elaborate plan to have her have sex with him but not break up with him instead. Or she got drunk and regretted her own actions later but whatever you do when drunk still falls under your own responsibility, you can't just blame others for your own mistakes (unless if he had sex with her while she was passed out, but then she wouldn't have made a sign like that).

We need a new word because girls are accusing guys of raping them while they didn't. It's not about the guy in question getting jailed or not, simply falsely accusing someone of rape or saying you got raped while you didn't is fucking disgusting, and can have huge consequences for the accused person even if it's proven untrue.

| but we dont need a new word for "not rape" , it doesn't need a word, its just not rape, and doesn't need to be brought up similarly to rape, because then it will give more excuse to people who falsely claim rape, if a new word was created they would have a justified way to accuse someone who is innocent
