How do I cheat?

I am quite inexperienced and did not create the hack I am using for a game but I believe Global Debugger somehow makes the game not detect it. When I have it unchecked, DBVM works fine when the debugger connects. But when I have it checked, I crash and get "A clock interrupt was not received on a secondary processor within the allocated time interval"
I have Windows 7 64bit.
