How do I cheat?

I get to this page, and I can't click any options. It looks like the installer is borked. I have re-downloaded the installer 4 times now, I get this every time.

Tab does not get me anywhere either

Get rid of the shitty installer and get the no-setup one :
*ww.cheatengine.org/download/CheatEngine63_no_setup.rar (replace * with w and then copy to the address bar).
