How do I cheat?

I'm trying to debug a Steam Game(Loadout) but it crashes as soon as I open the debugging Tool.

Windows 7 64 Bit
UAC disabled due to registry
Administrator account
CheatEngine 6.3

Help pls!

Have you try to select VEH debugger?

go in CE setting / Debugger option and select VEH.
Let me know if it work.
