Cheat Engine

I open up CE, then create a process and select an exe file. It opens the new window, then I click file->load memory region, select my file and then it crashes. It gives some kind of error prompt, but it immediately vanishes so I can't see what it says.

I'm running CE 6.3 on Windows 7 64 bit.

Does it happen before or after the "Load xxx into memory" dialog where you select the location to write to ?
If before (it doesn't even show) then could you upload the file somewhere?
