I did a manual base pointer search, I got my 1st address i.e.

These are the steps

Scan for value
Do "Find out what accesses this address" got my offset and possible pointer address
copied both pointer and offset
searched for possible pointer obtained my Static address
copied static address and applied offset to it
I have my pointer
Now, I do another "Find out what accesses this address"

Okay here's my issue on the last search with "Find out what accesses this address" I get the same static as the first and no offset inside the opcode brackets are "[EAX]" in which EAX = Current Pointer.

My question, Would this happen to be my base?
