Hi, I tried to debug a game using kernelmode debugger (DBVM) but it didn't work and froze my computer but anyway now I keep getting BSOD's frequently, I just want to know how I can prevent these BSOD's from happening, the error is 0x00000109.
Thanks.

Make sure single stepping in kernelmode is not enabled. (If it is you'll bsod after continuing from a kernelmode event)

And use 6.3 in case you use 6.2 (it fixes some bugs)

109 may indicate that dbvm didn't properly load or that the driver did not detect dbvm. When that happens software interrupt hooks are used, which will bsod windows 64

No, you must activate dbvm and make sure it's running. Without it kernelmode debug will bsod like it does in 64 bit windows

Try launching dbvm first from the about window to make sure it's working

In the about screen it will say which dbvm version is loaded when it's loaded. You can also launch it from there

That means it encountered a problem it didn't know how to handle
Perhaps it doesn't support your system after all, or you have a virtual machine installed or running, or a slightly unexpected memory layout, or your cpu is a bit too old or too new.

You could try a reboot and launch it after waiting 10 minutes after the boot and having closed everything, but besides that there's not much that can be done at this moment
