whenever i start my trainer a new rand. temp. folder (eg. CET5E3.tmp) is created in local temp:
c:\users\%username%\appdata\local\temp\cetrainers
I have added the trainer to the trusted applications.
but at every start my firewall thinks this a new program and sometimes the trainer gets blocked.
I use AOBs in my trainer, is there an easy way to avoid that behavior, is it possible to automatically convert the CE generated LUA to C++ or asm ready for compilation without unpacking later itself on the hard disk?

Those temporary files, this is normal Standalone CE Trainers behavior.
Because, in fact, they are minimalistic versions of CheatEngine.
Solution:
add whole c:\users\%username%\appdata\local\temp\cetrainers to AV and Firewall exclusion list.
or create Tiny trainers, or just save trainer as CETRAINER file.
Note: Tiny trainers and CETRAINER require CheatEngine.

Unfortunately my firewall does not support that feature.
when generating a tiny trainer I get a message:
please update your cheat engine version to cheat engine 6.2 or later
(I use v6.3 portable)
I did some investigations: tiny trainer fails to find "VERSION.dll", dwmapi.dll and PROPSYS.dll in CE folder.
what's wrong here?

Solution: do not use CheatEngine portable
You need proper values in registry keys:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.CETRAINER
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CheatEngine

It should load that DLL from system directory
( probably C:\Windows\SysWOW64 or C:\Windows\System32 )
PS: What firewall you are using?

installing CE did the trick. tiny trainer works now as expected.
ps: i use different firewalls on different computers & virt. machines.
I feel more secure that way!
