Abs are still another couple weeks off(tits and back are still a bit fatty), but veins have been popping in everywhere.

Haven't had access to a scale but I think I'm about 170, it's the leanest I've been since I started lifting. Once my abs get in(indicating about 15% bodyfat), I'm bulking till 210-220 ish.

Haven't been to the gym in a while because DNP makes me want to sleep all day with a water tube down my throat.

If my calculations are right, I should be getting abs in around 165-160lbs. I really don't want to go below that, it's so out of my norm for eating that it'd be hard to maintain.

Get some ephedrine (with caffeine obviously). It will calm some of your cravings on DNP and give you more energy to not be in bed all day. Also you can use apples to satisfy those glucose cravings.

@Brolock: I'm only cutting so I can bulk again. I don't even care about my abs I'm just using them as a 15% bodyfat indicator. I want to be at least there before bulking again. So it'll likely be a 160 to 210-220 or so bulk over another 8-12 months. Last time I bulked at 175(and had less muscle than now) so It was pretty short before I was disgusted with myself. I wanted to start this one leaner so I can go for longer.

Also, this is actually almost exactly a year after I started seriously lifting(not that stupid bodyweight exercise + cardio bullshit I did the 6 months prior).

Nah, 500mg, but it's not underdosed at all apparently, and I was exaggerating a bit. I have enough energy for work, and practice when I was on it(3-4 mile runs, rowing, hill sprints).

It'd be like taking 500mg of dHack's stuff back when he was around. Anecdotes say that 500 of his would put you down fairly easily.

Dat dere 36 hour half life plays tricks on you.

Lel. I know a guy who takes 1g ED because he probably has a death wish or something. He took 750mg dhacks some time ago too which was basically 1g as well. Crazy guy.

Damn, I know my limit and 500 is working fine for me. I start my next 10 day run today, had a nice 5 day break and ate comfortably so still haven't shed all my water from the last run. 10 days of dnp, then 10 days of keto to nock off the water and I should be at my goal weight no problem...then I can be a fatass deadlift gorilla again.

Worst thing about a cut is seeing your deadlift max decrease. Funny thing is though, If I can maintain a 405 pull(which I think I can still do) when I get below 165, I'll actually level up even though my old pull was 445@~190. I'll finally be in an Advanced bracket for something, and I've only been training deadlift since last july.

God damn son, I'm not doing nearly as well. I'm still fucking about with my food. Lost 1.46% body fat over the last month, so that's something. belly fat is a god damn pain in the ass to get rid off. Currently at 20.52% body fat. I'll try to get a pic from after upper body day. Not going to make summer for sure.
