Cheat Engine

So im trying to learn how to make a certain trainer for a few games however I have had some issuse understanding how this works. Can someone add me on skype and give me a hand? I kinda know how to use it but after the third try it goes from like 3,00 searches back to over 1,000,000+

Just a side note, I installed Windows 8, and am now trying to do a memory scan on games. I recently been playing the UNO & Friends.
I was able to modify the Level, Gold & Silver coins, Howevr I want to make a trainer for it and can't figure it out.

I am doing UNO & Friends for Windows 8. Now I got the Gold Coins, Tokens, & Level modified. But i want to be able to add it to a trainer and want to learn how to do that. Cause everytime I use Cheat Engine the codes are different.
