Actually, because you've asked such a question I would recommend you choose a prebuilt security, there are several protections available: Aspack, Themida and so on.
But before thinking about security, you should really ask yourself whether it's worth it. I mean how many people are using your trainers? Do you really think you need a copy / share protection? I highly doubt. But yes, it's possible and this is how you can do it.

If you can't add protection to a program yourself, chances are you're not capable of making anything anybody else hasn't before in the first place.

| Just don't share it. Or you can put it in a folder and lock the folder. Or you can make a exe program that hides your program. Or you can link it with another program to lock it.
