Is it possible to set same hotkey and same function to multiple addresses at once? Or do I have to do it one by one?

One-by-one. However, if you're just enabling/disabling scripts or setting the same value across multiple addresses, you can create child entries by moving everything under one, controlling entry, and setting your options accordingly.

Alternatively, you can highlight everything in your cheat table that you want to change, and paste it in a text editor. There, you can batch-edit existing values and/or add your own etc. When you are finished, select all and copy...then paste it back in to your table.
