hello im ask if is possible to install cheat engine 6.3 without admin permissions ?

Here is the portable, no-install version. However, you may need to run the main .exe as administrator in order for it to function properly.

If you turn UAC off you'll be able to run the no-install CE without admin.

But you'd need admin rights to turn UAC off in the first place, and it opens you up to potential security threats, so...

You will need admin privileges for debugging and other functions. I think you can mem scan fine without admin privileges, not sure though
