You just get Cheat Engine 6.3
Then launch it using the about screen (or when it asks for it) or raw write the vmdisk.img to a bootable usb and boot up with it

I don't get what you mean by "vmdisk.img"..

Just ignore that (that's an option only for people that know how to do that and why)

What if it doesn't say it doesn't support it?

Then you must buy a new cpu and perhaps even a new mainboards. DBVM only works with cpu's that support hardware virtualization

Is there any other way to get my computer to support dbvm other than getting a new cpu?

Well, you could run windows inside bochs and configure bochs to emulate a cpu that has hardware virtualization.
But that will run so slow, that moving the mouse 4 pixels will take 10 minutes

The only real solution is getting a new cpu
