How do I cheat?

So I did a pointer scan and got the results I wanted. But now I want to put it
into my c# application but I dont know which hex address to put in?
Because if I click on one of the Addresses I get a address like P->0C202C50
but that address changes everytime I restart the game. So how do I get the right address?
(I'm new to cheat engine)

I think since you are using a pointer you should use the pointer base address , e.g. "gta_sa.exe"+0x76F3B8 then add the offset 0x638.
