|
|
The game I'm attempting to hack has scanners and detects every one of the debuggers, except when I have the Global Routines enabled.. it worked for a little bit but now it's bsoding every time I attempt to attach the debugger with global routines enabled, which leaves me without any working debuggers for the game.. x.x
Crash info: christbru [dot] com/ce/crashfiles/ [Would place a link but system doesn't allow me to do such and would upload the files but the system doesn't allow them.. x.x]
Contains both crash dump files from windows..

What do oyu mean with that?
You could try DBVM with hardware breakpoint or the VEH debugger.
If this doesnt work, use page exceptions...

I am sorry, I suppose I wasn't as clear as I could have been.. I mean that using the DBVM with Global Debug Routines enabled causes my computer to BSOD [Blue Screen Of Death] upon attaching the debugger, and the game I'm hacking has a scanner that detects the VEH, Windows, and DBVM without globals.. so it's basically find a way to fix the BSOD or be unable to hack the game as the second any debugger attaches I am disconnected..

Use page exceptions
Or try to preload your dbvm... CE->Help->About-> Click on "Your system supports DBVM... for me this is the only way dbvm runs stable when I toogle breakboints without having DBVM loaded, this causes a nice blue screen

Well I tried to use DBVM the way you described, as soon as I clicked yes the system froze about 10 or so seconds, then BSODed with a new error message, something about expected a second processor but didn't get it in a certain time or something, I've uploaded the error logs to the same place as the original.. and it just occured to me that I don't believe I unchecked the Global Routines when I did it this way..
And for page exceptions, these actually work without causing dc, thanks~ At least I have a working way now though I'm still curious why my system supports DBVM though if I use it with Global Routine enabled, it BSODs me..

DBVM is very sensitive, it's difficult to make it work with all processors. DB has done a great job to increase compatibility, but these errors may still happen.

make sure you only launch it when nothing is running (not even the game yet)
You are using 6.3 ?

Yes, I am running the latest version out I believe.. and when I tried running it the way the other user said, it was just after my computer had finished booting back up, though I will try once more after shutting down all running processes [besides the essentials of course] and trying it that way once more.. if it errors again I will upload it to the same page on my site and link it and everything..
About the page exceptions: When watching the actual bytes it works, but when I watch an address it is detected, so I can find the controller, but when I go to actually use it, I get shutdown, so it's kind of a little bit better but it doesn't work.. so I'm still looking into how to get this running like it was the first time I had used it, because with DBVM and Global Routines, it isn't detected by my game..
