Hello all,

I run DVBM from the About window, and it says my system is compatible. I go ahead and click yes, and it runs fine, with it saying "Your system is running DVBM version 8". Now when I run the lua Cheat Table, and run the game, it gives me BSOD, on something about the secondary processor not clocking properly or something. I am running Windows 7 64 Bit, Intel i7 processor, on an ASUS laptop. Please hepl!

Wait 5 minutes between launching dbvm and using any script to make sure the system is stabilized.

also
Code:

Now when I run the lua Cheat Table

What does the script do ? Physical memory scans? If so, you might have to modify it to not scan special memory regions (or have less than 4GB ram)

I'm not sure what the script does. It's an exploit for a game called xxx. Could it be my RAM, I have 6GB of RAM on my computer. However, the BSOD says something about a clock interval.

that means dbvm encountered an event it didn't expect.

E.g: If it did a dbvm physical memory read and it accessed a device memory it shouldn't have read (apic) it would have received an interrupt it didn't expect so crash.
(also, make sure you have no virtual machines installed)

Is there anyway I could create a log file, so you can see what went wrong?
I have no Virtual Machines installed on my computer.

No, dbvm doesn't touch the harddisk. Ever. (and be glad it doesn't, since it can be quite buggy at times)

Perhaps in the future I might add a special memory region to output debug data which will be saved when doing a full kernel dump. But for now there is no way to debug what went wrong without a serial port and a debug build of dbvm

Alright. This issue is pretty weird, since DVBM is running when I start it from the about tab, execute my lua script, and enter the game. It is when the game program starts, that my system crashes with the "Secondary Processor Clock Interval error".

If I don't execute that lua script, then my system doesn't crash. However, when I start the game up, the desired hack does not occur. I've been running my system for 30 minutes now with DVBM active, with no script executed yet.

ok, so the game doesn't trigger anything specific against dbvm. Looks like the hack is doing something your system can't handle. So check there if you can fix it (e.g make sure that it never accesses fee00000 )

How would I make sure it never accesses fee00000? My computer has 6 GB of RAM, so could that be the issue? I read your advice of disabling global debug under kernal debug settings for a 64 bit system, however, when I do that, the hack doesn't work in game.

I've been able to get the hack work SOMETIMES, however, most of the time it crashes my system.
