Unchanged Value checks if the address value is the same as the previous value. I think it would be cool to add Never Changed Value which will be like Unchanged value except it will also remove values that like to jump back and forth to the previous value.
Scan for 500
you have a list of values
a few addresses jump from 10 to 500.
When you do Unchanged Value they stay because they are at 500 for the most of the time. Id think if Cheat Engine detects the value changed but then changed back the text color turns blue, and Never Changed will remove Red and Blue values.

you could compare to saved scans
Each time you scan, save the scan results (usually the first scan is saved automatically, but you can also manually save the scans inbetween)

then when you have a few scans, select each saved scan, and choose unchanged value

Once you've comparescanned the last saved scan with unchanged you'll have the addresses that havn't been changed since any scan
