if theres a delay between whats happening now and what you perceive because your brain needs to process it...
does your hearing and w/e you happen to be naturally synched or is there a part of your brain that regulates this and syncs them for you?

Not sure I understand the question fully, but I'd hazard that the correct response is "no." When I watch a baseball game (yes, it's still our national pastime), the sound of the bat cracking the ball isn't synchronized with the motion of the swing. I hear thunder long after I see lightning.
For very small differences or distances, the situation is probably different. I can't, for example, detect any delay between the sound of my clock and the ticking of the second-hand.
As an aside, have you ever heard of an anechoic chamber? It's basically a sound-proof box that absorbs any sound waves very effectively; it turns out that if you put a human inside, they will go stir-crazy very quickly. Something about not being able to hear your normal functions causes you to become quite sick.
