Finding AoB's from float value?(I presume)

In this video, the guy provides a cheat table for easier use, and upon inspecting the scripts within it, I noticed it was another one of the Array of Byte cheats. Now, I'm fairly new to using CE, but I have picked up on finding Arrays in certain games. I use the common method, scan for a float value and find the right one so I can save it as an AoB and cheat with ease next time. This is the case in this table, or atleast the "starter money" portion. However, what gets to me is the AoB that you have to change it to. Can someone please explain to me why, though you get 150e(alot) of money in the game, the AoB doesn't properly translate to float or byte values?
