Cheat Engine

Hi,

i bought a new MB and a SS and setup the PC new.

I installed today CE but everytime i try to use CE i got the error:
Control-C hit

I cannot use CE, i tried version 6.0-6.3 with XP as a Admin but nothing work.

before i changed MB and SSd all worked well.

CPU i5 2500k.

I hope you can help me, i need CE Very Happy

Does it show when you launch cheat engine?
Does it show if you launch the cheat engine-i386.exe manually ?

Also check your anti virus or other tools that might interfere

Hi,

it happen when click for e.g. when i click Edit Settings.

Or when i try to get a memorie view.

Solved. ty darkbyte. i can use the 32 bit exe. the 64 bit crashes.

the 64-bit version is affected by shell extensions. Multi display tools and deamon tools for example tend to mess ce up
