Can the cheat engine work on Browser games, Such as "The GodFather Five Families"

If Yes, Please tell me how, If no, Then thank you for all your help so far.

On some browser games yes. If you can save the game to your harddrive, disconnect from the internet, and can still play your local copy, then cheat engine should work for this game.
Alternatively you can go to the flash games section and see tons of example of browser games that can be hacked with cheat engine.

Probably not since this is an online game. And even if cheat engine worked for that game you wouldn't get any help here since it's against the forum rules: http://forum.cheatengine.org/faq.php#0
