what is the process of installing cheat engine on a rooted 4.0.3 android operating system?I just rooted it and I'm not really sure where to go from here. If I can get someone to patiently guide me through the process. I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance :*

make an executable folder in your sdcard. e.g /data/cheatengine
copy the ceserver from the website to that folder, and mark is as executable (chmod)

then launch ceserver as root (shell or local terminal)

Once it's running open cheat engine
open the task manager and set the cpu affinity of the cheat engine process to only 1 cpu (there's a threading bug in the server which has been fixed, but not yet leleased)
Then go to the process list and click network. Fill in the ip of your android device if it isn't already there, and then you can us cheat engine as usual. (just the scanning)

DB, does this work for the newest versions of Android? I have searched for cesever but can't find where it is, if the method still work. I'm assuming that one can save tables to the sd card. This is a new phone concept for me, all I have had in the past is dumb cells, make calls. lol

Ceserver is on the download page.
If your Android is rooted (so not stock) then you should be able to use it as long as it's a 32-bit arm cpu (it's what it is compiled for)

You still need a windows pc to control it

Is there another way to get CE on the cell phone? I'm not always around my pc.

PS I have Android 4.2.2 but know anything about being "rooted"
