Cheat Engine

Was using Cheat Engine on multiply games then the next day went to do it again but I can't tick any values i find or scripts I put in Cheat via tables. I've uninstalled and re-installed all versions of cheat engine they all have the same problem.

It's not cheat engine, it's the game/player. You need to reinstall the game/player to the same version when it was working

With player i mean stuff like .net framework, java version, flash version, mono version, unity version, browser version, etc...

(E.g firefox(or flash) updated a while ago and instead of targeting plugin container, you have to target flashplayer*.*)

@Dark Byte I did everything you said and it scans but I still can't activate scripts or any codes I find that are then put into the box below the scanner.

Is it a Flash game?
if so, the game probably has been updated, you cannot revert the version back, but you may update your hacks.

If it's a PC game, make sure you didn't update the game.

I haven;t tried it with flash games it started on Europa Universalis IV but I didn't update it, it simply stopped working. it was working one day then not the next I can found values and import table but not activate anything (it does the same to Rome 2, Shogun 2 and all games on my steam.
