really dinging A$AP Ferg - Trap Lord the more I listen to it, Hood Pope, Work, Fuck Out My Face, and Cocaine Castle are all really good, and of course Shabba
Tech N9ne new album was pretty standard, but I didn't hate it
didnt like Doris as much as I thought I would, maybe Ill listen to it some more though
going to listen to Flatbush Zombies - Better Off Dead tomorrow
as for other music genre this year, not really feeling much else.
CHVRCHES new album was alright, nothing I'd revisit too much. I didnt like Deafheaven SUNBATHER at all, all the tracks sounded the same. new BoC boring too. sadly disliked RAM, but thats not any ones fault, I just really prefer older Daft Punk
did like the new Oneohtrix Point Never. and Zomby's new album even though it was unnecessarily long. and of course Yeezus is great, and Magna Carta is at least a 6/10. oOoOO was good even though it was kinda samey, but thats what you can expect from a micro genre. QoTSA - Like Clockwork was something I unexpectedly really enjoyed
paramore new album was kawaii
album of the year so far has got to be Iceage - You're Nothing , great short energy filled punk album with a unique sound, 2nd place would be Oneohtrix Point Never - R Plus Seeven, and 3rd probably Yeezus
probably forgetting some shit, whatd you guys think of music this year

tyler the creater - wolf was a pretty good album, some songs are forgettable and are only there for context of other songs
tegan and sara new album fuckin sucked, too much pop sound, and none of their quirkiness
相対性理論 - TOWN AGE , rly good album, lots of good songs
Anamanaguchi - Endless Fantasy had some good songs but i cant listen to chiptune shit consistently for too long, and the album is sorta long

A$AP Ferg - TL: I dont think it was spectacular but definetely has some bangers
A$AP Rocky - LLA: pretty good shit
Big Sean - HOF: eh, nothing really special here
Chance The Rapper - AR: probably aoty
Drake - NWTS: typical drake, classic album
Earl Sweatshirt - Doris: not that good but hes definitely a lot better now
J. Cole - BS: might put you to sleep but nice sounding
Jay-Z - MCHG: only a few really good tracks but overall a nice album
Juicy J - ST: lol just juicy j being juicy j
Kanye West - Yeezus: goat
Kid Cudi - Indicud: I liked it but seems like a lot of people dont
Mac Miller - WMWTSO: who cares about mac miller now
Miley Cyris - Bangerz: Awful, avoid at all costs
The Weeknd - KL: really good if youre into that slow emotional music and shit
Tyler, The Creator - Wolf: nothing special, I think tylers kinda moving away from rap
I aint een listen to Old yet because there wasnt a 320 version yet.

| theres a good quality 320 now, the one I downloaded said "320" but it sounded like shit so I checked it in a spectrogram and it cut off at 10k, the new one I downloaded from rutracker (amazing torrent site for music & movies) goes up to 22k so it should sound tons better, dunno if the good quality one is on TPB or whatever yet though

yes, and the fact that while I was listening to a upsampled 320 and knew it was of lower quality proves that
FLAC and 320 is a bit of a different story, I think that really depends on the music, some electronic things won't matter in FLAC because the frequencies you would need to hear wouldn't be produced digitally, as it would be "wasted space", but with some other genres of music its a lot more noticiable, a lot of people say Classical is really easy to tell with, but I haven't done any actual comparisons.
if it sounds like shit I'll always try to find a higher quality source, thats my rule

yeah ez
sure 320 sounds great and I don't have an issue listening to it on my phone with my shitty earbuds but when I compare it to lasslus with my studio monitors it's a different universe
