we have to learn VB for my CS class and had to do this tutorial for a simp picture viewer but I done upgraded it even tho it's still a wheel re-invention

vb is still a lame language

i think picture viewers could still be perfected, windows picture viewer performs like shit but looks half decent, and irfan or honey view look like shit but perform well
