Im trying to build in C# a function like cheat engine d3d, can somebody point me? i tried to search google for days but i couldnt get it to work.

i dont care if i need to build the dll in c++ i just want to access this dll through c# maybe send it a "window title, x, y, text" or something like that

You need to:

1). Inject your dll
2). Hook IDirect3DDevice9::EndScene
3). Draw text from IDirect3DDevice9::EndScene
