Any chance someone can tell me what I need to do to make the debugger undetected, I'm planning on doing that.

try veh debug with exception breakpoints or kernelmode debug with global debug

if that doesn't work (and not because your system is incompatibly with dbvm) then add support for PET to dbvm and mark pages you are interested in as readonly or non executable and capture those exceptions and handle them accordingly
