Why did Cheat Engine have two checkboxes for flags (EFLAGS)?

CE now only has one checkbox.

Edit: Screenshot is messed up but trust me: there were two checkboxes per flag.

Because there was no gray state to indicate to leave it alone. There is now so the second one isn't needed
