hello people, i will try to explain my problem :
many games have some .ini files to configure certain things, for example :
EnableAlwaysRun = 1
well, i suppose the .exe will have some differences on the RAM if i run it when the value of EnableAlwaysRun is 1 or 0, so i want to know if there's any way to compare the .exe to find what i need to modify. for example, starting the game with the value 1, keep a log of that and close the game, then change the value to 0 and start the game again and check the differences with the cheat engine, so later i can change this value in-game with the cheat engine without close the game and run it again.
the EnableAlwaysRun its only an example.

You can do a first scan. Reopen the game attach cheat engine to that new process and do not clear the results. Then do a next scan, and see what changed
This will not work if the value is stored in allocated memory or if the .exe changes position in memory (use win xp if it does)
