[HELP] Create dummy .srt files based on existing movie files

So i have these video files:
Code:
01. Introduction and project overview.flv
02. Is it a logo, identity or brand.flv
03. Mantra Exploring the problem, goals and creative brief.flv
04. Mantra Sketch review.flv
05. Mantra Building the logo.flv
06. Mantra Selecting and apply colors and font.flv
07. Introducing the style guide.flv
08. Style Guide Logo specifications.flv
09. Style Guide Color specifications.flv
10. Style Guide Type specifications.flv


I want to make dummy .srt files like follows (the files would be empty plain text):
Code:
01. Introduction and project overview.srt
02. Is it a logo, identity or brand.srt
03. Mantra Exploring the problem, goals and creative brief.srt
04. Mantra Sketch review.srt
05. Mantra Building the logo.srt
06. Mantra Selecting and apply colors and font.srt
07. Introducing the style guide.srt
08. Style Guide Logo specifications.srt
09. Style Guide Color specifications.srt
10. Style Guide Type specifications.srt


So basically, i need to create those dummy .srt files based on the existing video files. Doing this manually is pretty much tedious.
Is there any much easier ways that could automate this task? There should be any tiny free apps to do this, right?
