I need to find out if my method works to change car part in-game.

There are 238 addresses which change all together so I need to save all the values at a certain point and then restore them at once later, is this possible without manually doing everything in cheat engine?

No, not that I know of. If the game is being emulated, you could work around it, but it wouldn't do you much good for progress.
