And restarting didn't fix it!

Earlier today I tried using itunes to wipe my old iPod. Something like this came up (pulled from google).



I did the diagnostics thingy in itunes and something like this came up, except "internet connection failed" had a yellow light instead of red.



I thought itunes was just being weird but a few hours later I tried adding a contact on skype and this came up.



I can talk to people fine but it seems all my programs can't connect to the internet. (Steam is saying "Error Code: -130 Failed to load web page (unknown error)." when I try to access the store too.)

Did something change your systems proxy settings?

You can check via Internet Explorer.
- Tools -> Options
- (Gear Icon) -> Internet Options

Then choose:
-> Connections -> LAN settings -> and see if proxy settings are set.

Remove them if they are etc.
