hey im getting a cheat engine 6.1 setup every time i boot up Shocked

i have installed CE 6.3 and ive been using CE for 2 yrs

Check the startup folder in the start menu and make sure there is no cheatengine setup there.

Besides that check the registry software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run* and check there are only programs you know that should be there

it says i cant run regedit because the adminstrator wont let me and im the adminstartor. ive also tried running in adminstrator but it cant work. i changed my windows name a while ago so is that y i cant use regedit?
