OMG i really wanna PM already, like i dont get the not ready part to PM and do other things !!!!!!!!!!!!

It's better if people think it's done manual so they don't flood crap posts, then pm someone, and then find themselves banned for a year before they got a reply

Well sorry, I didn't know it's a secret. With that sticky topic on the requirements to post PMs and such, I thought this is sort of public knowledge.

Anyway, I wouldn't mind to have an option to enable PMs for certain members. Some of them in the cheat sections are clearly more helpful than others but they don't reach the limit. Eg some guys are rarely posting anything, but when they do, they post CTs or help others, so they are useful, but they have only a few posts. Or they post lots of good stuff in just a short time and then they are restricted by the time limit between registration and being able to send PMs.
