I mean CPU only. worth 950$.
with 8 gig memory. I5 @ 2.9ghz.
and video card with 1gig 550 geforce.. iz it worth it??

No it's not worth it, buy the parts and build it yourself, you will save at least half of your money and get a much better pc.
Tell us about your intended use (gaming, office work, media editing, etc) and we'll list some parts.

i think he means a prebuilt comp. CPUs don't come with gfc or ram. Unless there a huge discount, its better to built your own on newegg. Alot of prebuilt don't let you OC the CPU
