you can get:
3 cards for owning GS:GO
3 cards for owning Portal 2
4 cards for owning a pre-free TF2

and one extra card for each 9$ you spend of TF2 or Dota2

CS:GO cards are selling at 1$
portal 2 at 0.7$
TF2 at 0.5$

on lvl 10 you can get a reward of a foil card which is valued at 10$
