How do I cheat?

Hi,
Front page there is an ad for download cheat engine which installs browser hijacker and various other stuff. I would like it removed for the benefit of other visitors to the site. I am an unfortunate victim of this. Also if anyone could tell me what exactly it has installed on my pc, much would be appreciated.

I do not see this ad because I am running Firefox with ad/script/element blocker plugins. You should consider researching these topics for a safer, more enjoyable online experience.

The frontpage only has google ads and the giant green button that says "Download Cheat Engine" actually downloads cheat engine
Make sure you download from www.cheatengine.org and not from anywhere else
If you mean you installed a program by accident then sorry, i'll look into getting the offer screen to be clearer. (You should have clicked on skip)

I wouldn't click on the ads, even if I could see them (just like most people). Do you spend your time clicking on the ads everyday? If so, that's a good way for Dark Byte to lose his adsense account. I'm certainly not going to install some toolbar that comes bundled with Cheat Engine just because I like the program. Donations can always be made via paypal for any reason, at any time. Maybe you like looking at internet ads, but I, like most people, would rather not see them.
