You mean running the games in an emulator I presume? I have used CE with the Macintosh Executor emulator and also various console emulators. Usually it's just as easy (or hard) as editing a normal PC program. Just select the emulator as the process and then search for the values of interest.

what you mean with Asher mem_maped-you mean a search for mappings in meoria when a game is running for the Neoragex 5.2a ejeplo ..... that option lies with the EC .. forgive my English is not good I'm from Colombia

Go to Edit->Settings->Scan Settings in Cheat Engine and check the MEM_MAPPED box.
