Not many people know it, but if you look at http://cheatengine.org you might find a very well hidden link to where you can download Cheat Engine

I feel like you mean that big button at the top and if you do it gives me the 64 bit

Use the start menu to launch the 32 bit

It actually gives you both as far as I know.
You're supposed to have at the Start Menu a 32-bit version, a 64-bit version and another one that mentions no architecture but it's 64.
