I'm trying to use cheat engine on a game called serbian shambles
It used to work, but now there is some sort of anti-cheat engine protection.
If I open cheat engine with ss open, then ss will instantly close, if I open cheat engine first, then ss will not open.
Even if you have a folder named "Cheat Engine" opened I get the same results.
Anybody have an idea on how to bypass this? Simply renaming cheat engine does not work.
Thanks.

Rename the window title for Cheat Engine (you didn't mention doing this), rename the process name and then load up the game?
The window title seems to be the most reasonable one since you say having a folder open with the title of Cheat Engine does the same thing.

I usually just use a one line AutoIt script to rename window titles.
| Code: | | WinSetTitle("Cheat Engine","","NewTitle") |
