How do I cheat?

When I have the right address, I change the money. But when I do that, he dont change the money ingame. How can I help it?

| Go to the real estate, scan the buy price of a house, change it to something small like $10. Buy it, then scan for the sell price and change it to something large, then sell your house.

The address you found is the copy of the real address not the original one.
-select the scan type to 'All (Byte to Double)' and search for exact value or increase/decreased value.
-If you found more than one address and value of found addresses is not decreasing then add all address to table.
-freeze few address on the table and go back to game and spend some money if money decreased then you have picked wrong address. go back to CE and delete the freezed address and freeze another few address.
-now go back to game and spend money and if the money is constant then you have found the right address. Now go back to CE and delete unfreezed address.
-now you have previously freezed address unfreeze them. suppose you have 5 address. write value of the address to something like 100,200,300,400,500 respectively. go back to game and check your money if your money is 200 then your correct address is on the second position.

What he said ^ just bought a mansion for 10 $ and sold it for 900 million 
1. CE tweak
2. Buy house
3. Sell house
4. Profit ??
LE: forgot to add, to be able to use CE without getting cheater detected use a custom launcher with the offline profile enabled (some russian dude makes it) and when u launch the game u can edit values real time with CE without any problem (yea even with your online account).

I haven't updated my game, pretty sure its original version. Is there a trainer that "unlocks" all roads and gives rewards/collection according to what you use a trainer to unlock?
(i drove all of TDU1's roads, but don't really have the time to do it with TDU2)
Pretty sure i have unupdated game because when I scanned MONEY value, it was the first and ONLY value that came up!!! and changed instantly when i modded it.
