When I go to Memory View, and click View -> "Enumerate DLL's and Symbols", a list of .DLL files used internally by the executable shows up
Is it possible to attach CE or apply speedhack directly to one of these enumerated .DLLs?

Because if I apply speedhax on whole program, rendering speed and framerate drops too!! I just want to speedhax selected parts of engine, thaaanks :3

find the IAT entries and possibly runtime generated pointers to GetTickCount,TimeGetTime and QueryPerformanceCounter in all the modules you do NOT want the speedhack, and make them point to "realGetTickCount" and "realQueryPerformanceCounter"

Cool!
Unfortunately, I don't even know what an IAT entry is, let alone how to find one!

If somebody can write a simple step-by-step tutorial, on how to apply speedhack on selected parts/.DLLs of a simple application such as Solitaire or Minesweeper, then other people can learn from this thread/tutorial too!

I'm probably not the only one who has this problem...
I think most Cheat Engine users experience a drop in framerate when using speedhack value smaller than 1... so it would be nice if we could apply speedhack only on some of the 'enumerated'/listed .DLLs !! :'D

Why would you want to use speedhack smaller than 1?
Because slow-motion is awesome!! :'D
Every game should have a slow-motion mode, in my opinion!! :'D

Normally, you only want to slow down selected parts/areas such as for example: game.dll, motion.dll, physics.dll, player.dll, enemies.dll, while avoiding slowing down .DLL files responsible for performance and rendering (e.g. kernel.dll, rendering.dll, engine.dll, )

Nice idea, but remember that game, player and enemy are inside the same thing
Also, speedhack usually doesn't affect the render speed, just the calculation used by the game

Yes, this is also true in my case, in which all the gameplay scripting stuff is located inside "game.dll"

Oh... I see... that's cool! Your speedhack is truly amazing!

Well, in my case, engine uses ray tracing.. instead of rasterization...
in the future, I think ray tracing will make a major comeback so you better prepare for more people like me asking for speedhack to not slow down the ray traversal / framerate in their games in the future! XD

but it will probably take like 10 years before ray tracing becomes mainstream... so you don't have to worry about it yet, i think Razz
