I must say I'm pretty surprised to see enterbrain put out an anime, but it's just what I would expect from them as far as the good old questy rpg style universe goes.
I won't spoil anything but I think it's good and worth the watch.

edit: also if I recall correctly the original screenplay was written on an imageboard like 2ch or something and they got it from there.
I might be thinking of a different series though.

I've read a bit of the manga, so I know what'll happen next, which is kind of spoiling it for me.
Don't know everything, though, so I still watch.
