pause my internet connection (so no traffic is made) and then resume it.

i need to disable internet and to resume it in 2 seconds. I connect wirelessly

idk if it would help with your task but this lets you block specific processes from using winsock.

turn your wifi off and back on on the actual computer..

Or write a batch to reset your wifi, if it's a decent network card it can on and off in 2 seconds.
