okay so recently I decided to wanting to learn how to hack a game, etc so i figured this is the best place to go.
Can someone please explain to me what I should learn first and after that tell me what programs I should have if I want to code my own trainers/hacks/etc
and these programs, where can I get them?
Is googling them enough or will I need to get a crack version of them.

Please and thank you for time in answering my dumb and silly questions.

Cheat Engine is a good program to use... /sarcasm
Once you have that start by running tutorial it will walk you through and give basic idea on how it works. Also tutorial section is a good place to visit once you got the basics down.
