hi all gurus..

i am trying to hack a chinese web MMORPG

say i have 70674845 coins, i managed to find this in Value Type: String
i try changing it to 90674845, and then just simply upgrade any of my gears, which would then lower it right?

but then it just simply crashes the whole flash game..
what am i doing wrong here?

is it not the actual value i am finding or are web flashgames totally non-hackable?

check what writes to it when you buy something
and NOP it, or make mov it some high number

flashgames can be hacked, but multiplayer flashgames can't

That is because the server you're connecting to knows you have 70674845 coins, so if you try to use it, or if the server reminds you how much you have, that value changes back

also, values like money are almost never strings. Strings are only used for display, never to hold the actual value/do calculation on

how bout those silly flashgames in facebook?

ok for example Baseball Heroes which i am trying to hack this few days..
i found the value of the coins in CE...
for example i have 100000 coins, when i scan 100000 nth shows up but when i x8 to it.. the value shows up, but it isnt exactly a x8, it becomes something like 800014..

so does that means this value is the actual value of my coins?
if it is, what am i supposed to do next?
i tried to change it to a higher x8 value hoping that it would reflect back on my coins but it crashes the game everytime..

i honestly am not sure what i am doing here..

Hey mate,
I'm hacking flash games and multiplayer flash games for long time (Now Im only hacking fb games).
Been using C.E 5 years.
I can tell you for sure that 90% of the games in facebook or MMO games, server sided their currency.
Means your currency CANNOT be modified with C.E and make it save.
To edit it, you need break into their servers which illegal.

In baseball heros, its server sided.
Try hacking something else, like chances, speed, stats.. note that all this will be temporary if server rejects it...

I'm surprised you can hack flash games altogether, actually.
I remember a few years back you would multiply the values by 8 (I think), but it was my understanding that when it stopped working there was no way.

Now it's just the exact value as 4 byte or double

What most people do wrong though is that they target the wrong process. Most still target their browser and then won't find it.
Instead, you must target the process that flash is running in. And that depends on your browser and the flash version.
E.g, sometimes plugin-container.exe, and other times flashplayerplugin_xxx.xxx.exe
