When I refreshed the MAIN page (cheatengine.org), the link "Download Cheat Engine" target randomly 3 links:

size: 154 Kb
Kaspersky scan:
Web virus:
h.t.t.p:/./ cdn.bisrv. com / sponsored/incredibar/toolbar.incredibar.color.png

and phishing url's
in "Install Better Host. exe"

size: 6.9Mo
No virus

it's 4 links

domain cheatengine.org or members.upc.nl
and path /d1 or /d2

the domain is for mirrors, so the bandwidth usage doesn't go crazy
the path is because I have two different install providers.
D1: 80% chance: Open Candy install provider
D2: 20% chance: Somoto install provider

It's not a virus, just advertisements which you can skip. (If it does install something weird, let me know)

You aren't going to get a virus downloading from the main page, just make sure what you're clicking isn't an ad that says DOWNLOAD, you can make sure by hovering over it and seeing where it directs to.
