Easiest way is to just use Peerblock saves the money and hassle of VPN's or seedboxes.
Or switch to Usenet.

Usenet is a hassle? It's quite easy to use.
#1 Download a program like 'spotnet' or 'spotlite' (much like you would a torrent client)
#2 Enter username and password
#3 Start downloading

Your ISP isn't connected to your network... your network is connected to your ISP. Pretty sure there's no easy way to avoid being caught by your ISP. Other than just not downloading a bunch of illegal stuff... keep your head low.
