I am wondering if this is possible to make for an MMORPG. The game has no protection like gameguard or something like that.
I am talking about games like Talisman Online, Asura Force, Soul Order.
Could you give me some links so I can know where to start?
Thanks in advance.

1 - Most MMOs keep their data server-side, meaning you can't use CE to cheat stuff like that, period.
2 - No multiplayer game hacking here, read the rules.

This isn't entirely true, and mainly depends on the game. There are a lot of MMOs that have various things left client sided because the game company cannot afford to sync everything on the server(s). In a lot of cases movement, speed, and other player position data for yourself is client sided. (And in some cases is synced infrequently enough to allow some cheating.)
But in a lot of cases there are other of things that can be altered client sided.

The rule about multiplayer cheating only applies if the topic at hand contains the game name directly of the target they are cheating. This thread was more of a generic question that mentioned a few MMOs as an example but none of them were a specific target. So the rule isn't really enforced for something like this.

1 - I've played a few MMOs and yes there's a lot of differences in how much is kept server-side, but one-hit kill involves the battle mechanics and that's rarely client-side in an MMO, as it's one of the core things to protect to stop cheating. Last time I saw all the important things being client-sided was in PSO: Blue Burst.
2 - He named some games.
